Attention Elementary Parents: Online student registration MUST be completed before the first day of school. If you need assistance, please contact us before the end of the day Thursday. The office will be closed Friday & Monday.
Dear Butler Parents,
The Butler School District is changing to a new student information system from Tyler SISK12 to Infinite Campus. This will enable us to accept online payments for lunch balances, fees, and more for families in one transaction! We will be opening up K-12 online registration for returning students in a few weeks. Kindergarteners that enrolled this Spring will still need to register online.
Please note: for this first year, all students, current and new, will need to upload a copy of their birth certificate during online registration, even if you have already provided a paper copy to the district. You will also need to upload proof of residency yearly and immunization records as needed. We will send out instructions on logging into the parent portal and online registration when it is activated in a few weeks.

Thank you for all the kind gestures this week and last for Teacher Appreciation. PTSO spoiled us all week. Walmart brought yummy donuts and apples. Today we got popcorn from Bryan Tippie, Shelter Insurance and candy bars from the Butler Education Foundation. Our OPAA food service workers treated us to scones today also. Thank you so much!

Our NEW online registration module is now ready! We are very excited to make registration faster and more efficient, eliminating much paperwork for you and our staff.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE ONLINE REGISTRATION COMPLETED, SUBMITTED, AND APPROVED BEFORE...
A. Elementary Students: before back to school night.
B. Junior High and High School Students: before coming to the building and getting your schedules.
Please log in with your username and password using the following instructions. Your username will be your full email address. If you do not have or remember your password, you should have a reset password email in your inbox or can click "Forgot Password."
1. Go to our website: butlerr5.org
2. Click Menu, and under "For Parents," click Parent Portal.
3. Enter your unique username and password.
4. Once you have successfully logged on, use the menu bar at the top to select your child and the area that you would like to view.
5. You will be prompted to complete online registration on a yellow bar across the screen. Click "View" to start registration.
Registration documents save as you enter them. You do not have to complete registration in one sitting. However, your registration will not be considered until you submit it completely.
